This 8.5 x 10.5″ two-sided chalkboard features your child’s name along with spaces to fill in all of their stats on the first and last days of school. Each sign is custom created for you, and is made with a high quality chalkboard and a round-edge wooden frame. Your child’s name and information sections are applied with permanent white vinyl, which will last for many years when cared for properly!
Because the frames are made from wood, the actual colors and textures on your sign may vary from what is shown in the pictures, giving each sign character and personality!
BEFORE USING, condition the chalkboard by using the side of a stick of chalk to rub on all the areas where you will be writing. Then wipe clean. This will help prepare the chalkboard surface for writing and erasing.
REGULAR CHALK sticks are recommended. Some chalk markers can leave a residue when erased. If you choose to use chalk markers (I know, I love them too) you can carefully use a magic eraser to remove the residue.
WIPE CLEAN gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not soak or spray directly onto the chalkboard, as this can cause the vinyl to loosen and lift over time.
